Hello, I am OBED MWANGI, a second year student in MULTIMEDIA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF KENYA undertaking a degree in Computer Technology. I come from a poor humble family and I am humbly requesting for your scholarship. Despite being a government sponsored student, my family is unable to pay for me the tuition fees and my dream of becoming a better Kenyan in future is fading away. I am going through a lot of hardships in the school as the funds provided by the ‘Higher Education Loans Board’ is not enough not even for my tuition only. I don’t have any other source of income. Whoa! Didn’t know there is such a huge number looking for the kQ application procedure. I was one of those who went through the process this year though got chucked at the Medicals. For all who need it. Requirments are a minimum of a B+ mean grade with at least an A- in Maths, English and Physics. Google for Kenya airways ab initio programme or just go to their career site. Create an account and apply for the next recruitment later this year. The first batch for this year left for South Africa last Saturday for training. As you apply let me prepare you. The career is EXTREMELY demanding in which you shall be tested during the recruitment. It takes about three months of rigorous recruitment to pick the best. Completely transparent process but trust me: you are competing among the BEST in Kenya. Out of between 100-400 recruits only 10-25 manage to jump the six stage huddles and proceed with the training. Mind you, they take the best: not the desperate. So just keep your cool its about focusing under extreme pressure and very very very…little time. Lol: tough i know, but that’s just how it is.
